Check in time is strictly 3pm and checkout time is strictly 10am. Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Please note there is a non refundable booking fee with every booking if cancelled.  

Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.
